Hi, I am Ksenija and I am glad that you are visiting my profile!
I am an indoors cat and I walk only on our balcony.
I come from a nice home in the country, where I lived with my pretty black-and-white mother and four brothers and sisters. Nobody knows my father but he must have been special. Why else am I so beautiful? I have been famous from the very beginning of my life. You see, my Grandpa was a radio DJ and he used his position to tell everybody that I was born! You may think that he was simply seeking new homes for kittens but I know that it was done for my glory! :P It was love from the first sight with Mum and Dad. I was very small but so sweet that they could not leave without me. Mum was worried that I might not eat enough and so I was bottle fed. Mum found in the Internet a recipe for "cat formula". It was tasty, there were cream and egg yolk in it. I drank it with pleasure and grew pretty and really strong. Most probably from those days I got my habit to lick Mum's fingers and fall asleep in her lap.
I have made the life of Mum and Dad as interesting as I could. I have designed the walls, redecorated the flowers and taken part in everything my humans do.I am also very independent! Though I like to be near to my humans I do not like to be held. So I sleep on the feet of Mum and Dad or on a chair next to their bed.
Look what I can do!
I have kept my humans active with some problems too; I had a skin disease and behavioral problems. But I paid back their care and attention with great affection and sweetness.
I have always been a small cat, and a very pretty one! Some years ago, I lost weight noticeably and Mum took me the vet. They ran all kinds of tests and discovered that I had a kidney failure. I does not bother me much but I live on diet regime now. Every day I get my food supplement or medicine called I-pakitin (Epakitin in some countries). It is a white powdery thing and Mum mixes it with cat food or my milk and gives it to me with a syringe. I hated the procedure and tried to run away when only I saw the syringe. Of course, I tried to scratch Mum’s hands. But now Mum's skills have improved, the procedure does not take long and I am quite OK with it. Sometimes I even seem to remind Mum that the time has come to give me my medicine.
So, you can see that I am a happy little cat!
