More about me
Mum adopted me after my previous owners moved house and left me behind. I lived on the streets for a few weeks before a kind lady took me to a charity for abandoned kitties. That same day Mum called looking to adopt a girl cat about 3 years old. The next day I was taken to Mum's house where she was to foster me for a while. Two weeks later she adopted me! It was meant to be! We were meant for each other.
After sitting on a Mum's lap for an hour to stake my claim, I spent a whole day hiding under the bed. The reason I came out is because my Grandad came to see me. I ventured out to see him and immediately got on his lap. Then I saw what Mum was eating so I decided to investigate. She was eating toast with a very famous savoury spread called Marmite. I could smell it. I got all excited and pulled the toast to me and licked the Marmite, purring all the while. So that is how I got my name. I can smell that Marmite on toast a mile off!
My best friend is a cuddly toy called snowman. I carry him around all the time and especially take him to people I care about when they are sick or sad because snowman has healing powers and makes them feel better. My other best friend was my Grandad but sadly he passed away in July 2016. We miss him but we still have Uncle Tony who does just as good a job of spoiling me as Grandad did! Uncle Tony stays with me when my Mum goes away. Grandad is now at rainbow bridge spoiling all the UP pets there, especially his other favourite kitty Ogis. We miss you everyday Grandad xx

I also get called Marmsie. I like... my heated bed... dislike too much noise, too many people in my house, not knowing what is going on... I enjoy playing with snowman and eating prawns and dreamies...
