I have 3 pets
We never had pets while growing up. I had my first pet, a dog, when my children were in their teens..I was afraid of cats because my mother was terrified of them, so I never got to know that cats were amazing until my son came to live with us and brought his kitten..she stayed with me until the day the angels came for her at the age of 15 1/2 years old
several of my pets have crossed over since then and I have cried a river over their loss, but as the saying goes, ( it's better to have loved and lost, than never to have loved at all )There is a special place in my heart for homeless cats and do my best to feed them and try to shelter them from the cold harsh witers here in canada.i adopted a few of them and they show love and gratitude in every meow and woof..My pets are my life as they have taught me so much.and every lesson learned from them, makes me a better person ..I am who I am because I feel loved by these precious souls and have the priviledge of loving them as they so well deserve...
