Looks like they abandoned the project for today - in the early morning it began to snow. It had nothing to do with the power failure. Just, when they build something or lay new lines, they usually cut the Internet plus fix phones that are attached to the box.It looks like that they are changing some water?power?phone? lines all over the region. Can't get out of the village without waiting on "building site" lights, no matter which direction I take. The same in the town. They have chosen a fine time of the year to do so: cold and masses of tourists who come to do the ski.

yes it does seem an unfortunate time of the year to dig everything up.
